# ThesisAI

> ThesisAI is an AI research workspace that drafts complete scientific documents (theses, research papers, essays) of up to 80 pages from a single prompt. It searches academic literature via Semantic Scholar, imports from Zotero and Mendeley, generates properly cited content in multiple citation styles (APA, IEEE, Harvard, Chicago, Oxford, MLA, Vancouver), exports to LaTeX, DOCX, PDF, Overleaf, and Google Drive, and supports more than 20 languages.

Important notes for agents and LLMs:
- Primary domain: https://www.thesisai.io
- Every link below points to a Markdown rendering of the page. The same content in HTML sits at the identical path with a trailing slash in place of `.md` - so `/blog/how-to-write-a-literature-review.md` and `/blog/how-to-write-a-literature-review/` are one page in two formats. Sending `Accept: text/markdown` to the HTML URL returns the Markdown as well.
- Public marketing and content pages are crawlable. Application routes (chat, documents, account, downloads, uploads, webhooks, admin, API) are disallowed in robots.txt and require authentication; they have no Markdown rendering.
- The site is multilingual. Locale-prefixed paths (/de/, /es/, /fr/, ...) mirror the English structure and have their own Markdown renderings; English is served without a prefix.
- Sitemap: https://www.thesisai.io/sitemap.xml
- Robots policy: https://www.thesisai.io/robots.txt
- MCP endpoint discovery: https://www.thesisai.io/.well-known/mcp.json (the endpoint itself requires an API key)
- Example document sources live at `/example/<discipline>.tex`, `.bib` and `.citations.tex` for the twelve disciplines listed on the example page. They are plain text and exist for agent reading; the equivalent PDF costs more than twice the tokens and loses the mathematics and citation structure.

## About

- [Home](https://www.thesisai.io/index.md): Product overview, demo video, comparison with Claude, pricing, FAQ, and contact. Pricing is the `#pricing` section of this page and contact is `#contact`; neither is a separate page.
- [Example output](https://www.thesisai.io/example.md): Twelve complete documents, one per discipline, each with its LaTeX source, BibTeX bibliography and citation verification report. Start here to judge output quality - the sources are plain text, unlike the PDF a human previews.
